If you have a new type laptop/ computer there should be an oppening on the side of the laptop/computer for SD cards. The sd card in your camera should fit in the slot and then you see a pop up on the computer and click import pictures and videos(:

Just shocking. Every camera with an electronic view finder ever made in the history of EVF’s has the ability to focus the EVF so people who wear glasses don’t have to wear glasses to see the EVF. Unless I’m missing something, this camera, amazing technology, is rendered stupid useless for those of us who use EVF’s BECAUSE we can’t really see to focus and frame without our glasses.
It’s a tiny little thumb wheel on most. Someone should be fired.

I cannot get my photos to upload using the SD card slot or the provided cable. It does not list the camera as a device, only my scanner. I have loaded and unloaded the software CD, changed the settings, turned my cmputer off and on. Don’t know what else to do.

I suggest you change to another computer to do it again.

While playing around in settings, I clicked ” format” not knowing exactly what it meant. All photos were erased from the camera. Where the pictures also erased from the SD card? If so, is there a way to recover the photos that were erased.
