The lightweight Sigma DP1 Merrill (DP1m) is a high-end compact camera equipped with a wide-angle 28mm equivalent F/2.8 high-performance fixed lens and 3-inch 920k-dots high-resolution LCD screen. DP1 Merrill incorporates a APS-C sized 46 MP full-color Foveon X3 Direct Image Sensor, it capture all primary RGB colors at each pixel location with three layers, which results in incredibly detailed images with a three-dimensional feel.

Sigma DP1s Camera User's Manual Guide (Owners Instruction)

Sigma DP1s is an improved version of the Sigma DP1, and both cameras contain a the same processor, 14-megapixel FOVEON X3 direct image sensor and lens with a focal length of 16.6mm F4 (35mm equivalent focal length is 28mm).

The new Sigma DP1s features enhancements to its user interface that mimic that of the DP2 and will provide photographers with improved user capabilities.

Sigma DP1x Camera User's Manual Guide (Owners Instruction)

Sigma DP1x remains true to that objective and maintains its wide focal length lens, but reflects several upgrades from the initial introduction of the DP series back in 2008. Specifically, it now houses the "True II" image processing engine, the new AF algorithm provides high speed auto focusing, ensuring convenient shooting and the Power Save Mode lowers the battery consumption allowing for a greater number of pictures to be taken with a single battery charge. The new rear design makes the user interface easier to interpret and use with quick, easy button recognition as the addition of red buttons enables easier operation of the camera controls.
