Casio EXILIM EX-H50 houses a 24x wide-angle optical zoom lens into a slim body. This powerful high-zoom lens and a rich variety of shooting modes including Premium AUTO and ART Shot functions, making it easy for users to capture all kinds of outstanding photos. The EX-H50 features a 24x (25-600mm) super zoom lens captures distant, hard-to-shoot images with ease. With the 25-mm focal length, you can capture a larger area and, for example, include more friends in a group photo at a shorter distance, or photograph a complete landscape or skyline. Thanks the CCD Shift Stabilization mechanism, use the full zoom range to take sharp photos with no worries about camera shake.
The EX-H50 camera's high performance 16.1-megapixels CCD sensor does not only allow you to take brilliant photos, but also edit, enlarge and print out sections of a photo - in outstanding quality and with no loss of image detail.
Besides taking beautiful stills, the EX-H50 can also record colorful and detail 1280 x 720 HD movies - simply press the movie button and recording begins.
The Tracking AF function locks onto a moving subject and adjusts focus as required. Even if the subject exits the frame, Tracking AF remembers the subject and picks it up again automatically when it re-enters. Focus is continually updated until the shutter button is pressed.
The EX-H50 comes with Silent Mode, which instantly changes the camera's settings to avoid disturbing others nearby. This includes silencing all sounds, disabling the flash, and deactivating the self-timer and AF Assist Lamp. Silent Mode is especially helpful when taking pictures in places like museums, aquariums, and restaurants.
